Joe is a paralegal in the Residential Property team at Morr & Co’s Guildford office, specialising in post-exchange and post-completion matters. He supports clients throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring smooth property transactions from start to finish. Having gained valuable experience across Private Client and Commercial & Corporate teams before joining Morr & Co, Joe brings a broad understanding of property law to his role. He is currently pursuing his SQE qualification, demonstrating his commitment to qualifying as a solicitor. Joe’s experience enables him to handle various aspects of the conveyancing process efficiently, supporting both buyers and sellers through their property transactions.
