Having spent over 20 years in corporate and commercial law, including time as Head of Legal for a major hospitality operator, Dalvinder brings unique commercial insight to her work. She specialises in supporting owner-managed and family businesses with their growth, succession planning and strategic decisions.

Her approach combines technical expertise with practical, business-focused advice that helps clients achieve their commercial objectives efficiently.

Prior to joining Morr & Co in 2023, Dalvinder served as Head of Legal for a major public house and hotel operator, and as a Partner and Head of Department for a private practice in Sussex. This combination of in-house and private practice experience gives her valuable insight into the commercial pressures facing businesses and helps her deliver pragmatic, solution-focused advice.
