Morr & Co is proud to announce a triple award win at the Probate Industry Awards 2026, held last night in London, recognising both individual excellence and team-wide achievement across the firm’s Private Client and Court of Protection practices.

At the ceremony, Morr & Co received the following awards:

  • Probate Lawyer of the Year – Natalie Payne
  • Court of Protection Team of the Year
  • Outstanding Achievement in the Industry – Holly Chantler

The awards are widely regarded as a benchmark of excellence within the probate and private client sector, recognising individuals, teams and firms who demonstrate exceptional standards of technical expertise, quality of service, client care, professional integrity and innovation, as well as a meaningful contribution to the development of the probate and Court of Protection landscape.

Submissions are assessed by an independent panel of industry experts, with judges considering not only legal excellence, but also the real-world impact of work on clients and families, collaboration across teams and contribution to raising standards across the profession.

Natalie Payne’s Probate Lawyer of the Year award reflects her technical expertise, sound judgement and empathetic approach to advising clients through complex probate matters. Her work is recognised for combining clarity and sensitivity during what are often challenging times for individuals and families.

The Court of Protection Team of the Year award highlights the strength, depth and consistency of Morr & Co’s specialist Court of Protection team and its ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable clients through clear advice, strong advocacy and practical solutions.

Holly Chantler’s Outstanding Achievement in the Industry award recognises her significant contribution not only to Morr & Co, but to the wider probate and Court of Protection sector, reflecting her leadership, innovation and influence across the profession.

Commenting on the firm’s success, Catherine Fisher, Managing Partner at Morr & Co, said:

We are incredibly proud of this recognition. Natalie’s award is richly deserved and reflects the care, skill and professionalism she brings to her work every day. To see our Court of Protection team recognised in this way is also a real testament to the collective expertise and commitment across the team. Holly’s Outstanding Achievement award recognises not just her leadership at Morr & Co, but her broader contribution to the profession and to some of society’s most vulnerable people.

Looking ahead, this recognition supports Morr & Co’s continued investment in its people, its specialist teams and the way it supports clients through complex and often sensitive matters. Building on this success, the firm remains focused on developing its Private Client and Court of Protection practices, sharing expertise across the profession and continuing to set high standards for client care, collaboration and technical excellence.
