The firm has been shortlisted for: Private Client Lawyer of the Year – Holly Chantler Court of Protection Team of the Year Private Client Team of the Year – South of England The Modern Law Private Client Awards celebrate outstanding achievement, innovation and dedication across the private client sector, recognising the lawyers, teams and firms delivering exceptional expertise and client care across the UK. Private Client Lawyer of the Year recognises individuals who demonstrate outstanding technical expertise, excellence in client care and communication, professional integrity and the successful handling of complex matters, alongside contributions to mentoring and wider team success. Holly Chantler’s nomination reflects her dedication to supporting clients through sensitive and often challenging matters with compassion, clarity and specialist expertise. The Court of Protection Team of the Year category recognises specialist teams demonstrating excellence in complex Court of Protection applications and deputyship management, with judges considering expertise, safeguarding and regulatory compliance, sensitive client care and positive outcomes achieved for vulnerable clients and their families. The Private Client Team of the Year – South of England award celebrates high-performing regional private client teams that demonstrate efficiency, specialist expertise and innovation while delivering exceptional client care and contributing positively to the wider profession and future talent development.
