We are delighted to share that Morr & Co has been shortlisted for five awards at The Probate Industry Awards 2026, a national awards programme recognising excellence across the probate and private client sector.

Our shortlisting spans both firm‑wide and individual categories:

Submissions are assessed by an independent panel of industry experts with the awards criteria focussing on areas including technical expertise, quality of service, client care, professional standards, innovation and contribution to the wider probate sector, depending on the category entered.

For firm and team awards, judges also consider how effectively services are delivered and the impact of that work on clients, while individual awards recognise professional excellence and contribution at an individual level.

We are particularly proud to see two of our colleagues recognised individually. Natalie Payne’s nomination for Probate Lawyer of the Year reflects her expertise and dedication to her clients, while Holly Chantler’s shortlist for Outstanding Achievement in the Industry acknowledges her significant contribution and impact within the probate sector.

Commenting on the shortlisting, Catherine Fisher, Managing Partner, said:

We are incredibly proud to be shortlisted across five categories at this year’s Probate Industry Awards. These nominations reflect the commitment, professionalism and teamwork shown by colleagues across the firm, as well as the exceptional contributions made by Natalie and Holly. It is a real achievement to be recognised at a national level and a testament to the high standards our teams strive for every day.

Being shortlisted across both firm‑wide and individual categories highlights the strength of our people and our collaborative approach to delivering high‑quality legal services.

The Probate Industry Awards are widely regarded as a benchmark of excellence within the profession and we are proud to be recognised alongside so many respected organisations and individuals. We look forward to the awards ceremony and wish all finalists the very best of luck.
