Morr & Co is proud to announce that Holly Chantler, Partner and Head of our Private Client & Court of Protection departments, received the ‘Outstanding Achievement in the Industry’ award at this year’s Probate Industry awards and our Private Client team was highly commended in the ‘Probate Law Firm of the Year (Regional)’ category.

Natalie Payne, Partner in our Private Client team, was also shortlisted for the ‘Probate Lawyer’ award, highlighting the strength and expertise within our team.

The awards, otherwise known as the “Probies”, acknowledge the team’s dedication to guiding clients through complex probate matters with both expertise and empathy and reflects Morr & Co’s commitment to delivering practical solutions while understanding the personal nature of estate administration.

Catherine Fisher, Managing Partner at Morr & Co, commented on the award success:

I am immensely proud of Holly for this well-deserved recognition. Her leadership of our Private Client team has transformed how we support clients through complex estate matters, particularly in cases involving mental capacity issues. The team’s commendation as a regional probate law firm further demonstrates their dedication to making the probate process as straightforward as possible during what is often a challenging time for families. This recognition is testament to their hard work and dedication to their clients.

The Probate Industry Awards, now in their seventh year, celebrate excellence and innovation within the probate sector. The prestigious ceremony hosted by award-winning journalist and broadcaster, Steph McGovern, took place at 8 Northumberland Ave in London, bringing together leading professionals from across the UK.

The judging panel, comprised of respected industry experts, assessed entries based on client service, technical expertise, innovation and overall contribution to raising standards in probate practice.
