Greg advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganisations, and, more recently, Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs).

As Head of the Corporate & Commercial team, Greg provides expert advice on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share schemes, family investment companies and corporate governance.

His M&A experience spans transactions involving listed companies to owner-managed businesses, in relation to both domestic and cross-border sales and purchases, enabling him to deliver tailored solutions that align with his clients’ commercial objectives.

Additionally, having advised on a significant number of EOT exits by SME business owners, Greg has also become recognised for his work in this area.

Drawing on his dual qualification as a barrister and solicitor, Greg offers a unique perspective on complex corporate transactions. His pragmatic approach ensures clients achieve efficient, risk-managed outcomes.
