We guide families through funding disputes, care assessments and safeguarding concerns with the expertise that comes from nearly 300 years of helping people protect what matters most. What is community care? Community care refers to services provided by a local authority (social services) and the NHS (health care services). The services are aimed at helping an individual with their care needs – be this care at home, residential care in a care home or nursing home, or another setting. It also involves the decisions that need to be made – what care environment is most appropriate for an individual, what level of care does a person need and how will this care be paid for. How can Morr & Co help you? Sometimes there are issues with the services provided, or the decisions made. Our team can assist with a variety of aspects of community care law, including: Obtaining suitable packages for care at home or in a care home.
