Morr & Co is delighted to share the news that we clinched victory last night at The Probate Industry Awards 2024.

The categories which Morr & Co emerged victorious are as follows:

  • Winner of the ‘Best Contentious Probate Provider’ award
  • Winner of the ‘Outstanding Achievement in the Industry’ award for Holly Chantler, Partner, Head of Department Private Client
  • Highly Commended for the ‘Best Probate Lawyer of the Year’ for Natalie Payne, Partner, Private Client

Having been shortlisted for the following five awards, ‘Best Probate Law Firm: National’, ‘Best Contentious Probate Provider’, ‘Best Will Writing Firm’, ‘Outstanding Achievement in the Industry – Holly Chantler’ and ‘Best Probate Lawyer of the Year – Natalie Payne’, Catherine Fisher, Managing Partner at Morr & Co, reflects on this outstanding achievement;

I am incredibly proud of the team for their success at last night’s Probate Industry Awards. These wins underscore our firm’s steadfast commitment to delivering unparalleled legal services and surpassing the expectations of our clients. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to our exceptional team, whose hard work and expertise have been pivotal in earning this recognition.

Catherine also remarks on Holly Chantler’s success in the ‘Outstanding Achievement in the Industry’ award;

Some lawyers really do make a difference in the world. One of them is a woman I’m proud to call my colleague, Holly Chantler. She’s a Court of Protection Deputy, she works for some of the most vulnerable people in our society, but she doesn’t just do the ‘day job’. She gives up her time to help make the system work better, she fundraises and she supports professional organisations working in this area. She thoroughly deserves this recognition for the work she does on behalf of of those who have no voice. Thank you, Holly.

Now in its sixth year, The Probate Industry Awards, affectionately dubbed “The Probies”, brought together esteemed professionals and leading firms to honour outstanding contributions and unwavering dedication within the probate industry.

Following the success of last year’s awards ceremony, the winners of The Probate Industry Awards 2024 were unveiled during a prestigious sold-out event at a new, glamourous venue in London, hosted by TV presenter Kate Garraway.
