Morr & Co is delighted to announce the promotion of Francesca Wild to Partner in the Employment team and Laura Robson to Partner in the Residential Property team.

Fran joined Morr & Co as a Senior Associate in 2018 and has played an integral role in the continued growth and development of the employment practice since then. She advises both employers and employees on the full spectrum of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, including senior exits, grievances and disciplinary processes, restructures and complex Employment Tribunal claims.

Fran is widely recognised for her clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice, as well as her calm and supportive approach when guiding clients through sensitive workplace issues. She also works closely with the corporate team on transactional matters, providing specialist employment support on acquisitions, disposals and TUPE‑related issues.

Laura  joined Morr & Co with extensive experience in the local property market and has become a key figure within the firm’s residential property offering. She now leads the firm’s Guildford office, reflecting both her seniority within the team and her strong connections across the local property sector.

Having qualified in 2017, Laura advises on a wide range of residential property transactions, with particular expertise in high‑value and prime residential sales and purchases. She is known for her clear communication, technical excellence and highly organised approach, and is a trusted adviser to clients, agents and referrers alike. Laura’s collaborative and personable style ensures smooth progression of even the most complex transactions.

These promotions reflect both Fran and Laura’s outstanding individual contributions and Morr & Co’s continued commitment to recognising and developing talented lawyers across the firm.

Catherine Fisher, Managing Partner at Morr & Co, commented:

Fran and Laura’s promotions to Partner are thoroughly well‑deserved. Fran is an exceptional employment lawyer whose calm, practical approach and technical expertise make a real difference to her clients, often in high‑pressure situations. Laura is equally impressive – she combines deep sector knowledge with an instinctive understanding of what clients need from their property lawyers, delivering a consistently high‑quality service. Both Fran and Laura exemplify the values of Morr & Co and the way we work with our clients. I am hugely proud to welcome them both to the partnership and look forward to seeing them continue to shape and strengthen their teams in the years ahead.

These appointments further strengthen Morr & Co’s Employment and Residential Property teams and demonstrate the firm’s ongoing investment in its people and the delivery of exceptional client service.
