We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor with strong Business Development acumen to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team. The ideal candidate would be 5 years+ PQE with an excellent reputation and ideally a following. Key Responsibilities To advise and support clients on all matters relating to Residential Conveyancing from instruction through to completion and registration including purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages To be actively involved in business development, researching and developing lead. The ideal candidate will also have: A high level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills Conscientious, hardworking, with developed critical thinking abilities and excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills Ability to work as part of a team and support more junior staff members Ability to work to strict deadlines, targets and client protocols while maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality You will be organised, efficient, work well as part of a team and have the ability to use your own initiative. You will have excellent IT skills and have the ability to pick up new systems easily. You will be dedicated and personable, with a positive can-do attitude.
