Key Responsibilities of the Administrator Administration skills File opening for new matters using our practice management system Creating editable and non-editable PDF bundles of documents Dealing with compliance procedures including Solicitor Checks, ID Documents, Evidence of Funds. Managing all incoming and outgoing post; printing, scanning, and binding Managing multiple documents and confidential data Produce information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, and copying data in both Word and Excel, and uploading to shared platforms Managing all general administration tasks; raising IT tickets for the team, drafting letters and completion statements and Land Registry Forms. Raising invoices, transferring money and managing disbursements Maintain client confidence by keeping Client/Lawyer communication free flowing Additional Technical Skills Adobe Pro (redacting, editing etc) Teams (setting up meeting/managing calendar) DocuSign Word/excel/outlook (set regarding etc) InfoTrack for company searches Companies House checks Managing Due Diligence packets SharePoint Data rooms Inform Direct and Companies House web filing The suitable candidate: Will have a minimum of GCSE English and Maths at A-C or equivalent Be extremely organised and have excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask Enthusiastic and keen to offer support to the team and be relied on Excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly Your verbal and written communication will be clear, straightforward and accurate You will have the ability to use your own initiative and demonstrate excellent team working skills.
