Corporate & Commercial

Sinead brings fresh perspective and thorough preparation to complex corporate matters.

Since joining Morr & Co in February 2025, Sinead has become an integral part of our corporate team. She supports mergers and acquisitions from initial due diligence through to completion, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks when deals matter most.

Sinead gained valuable experience working at a corporate firm in London before joining our team. This background, combined with her comprehensive legal education, means she understands both the technical requirements and commercial realities of corporate transactions. Her work spans mergers and acquisitions support, due diligence coordination, transaction documentation and deal execution assistance.

Sinead holds an MSc Law, Business and Management Diploma from the University of Law, London, alongside her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course from the same institution. She also completed a BA in English Literature from the University of Exeter.

Her academic foundation in both law and business management helps her understand the commercial drivers behind every transaction. Whether coordinating complex due diligence processes or drafting key documents, Sinead ensures our corporate clients can focus on their business while we handle the legal complexities.
