Ross draws on over eight years of extensive experience in County Court and High Court litigation to deliver strategic advice to both individual and business clients. Ross has a wide-ranging skill set across all aspects of commercial dispute resolution. He is particularly skilled in disputes involving commercial contracts, complex debt recovery and company matters including shareholder disputes and breach of warranty claims. Alongside his commercial practice, Ross advises on complex trust disputes, with particular expertise in cases involving co-ownership of land and other property, constructive trusts and beneficial ownership issues. His work includes claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA), as well as disputes concerning common intention and resulting trusts arising from family and informal arrangements.
