Mel is a highly experienced Employment Law Partner who guides both employers and employees through complex workplace matters.

With over 30 years of legal expertise, he regularly represents clients in employment tribunals across the South of England.

Mel combines deep legal knowledge with commercial acumen to help businesses and individuals navigate employment law complexities. He takes a proactive approach, working closely with clients to prevent issues from escalating, while providing robust representation when litigation becomes necessary. This partnership approach allows him to deliver advice that aligns perfectly with each client’s unique needs and organisational culture.

Throughout his career, Mel has represented clients in matters before both the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal. He regularly provides strategic advice to businesses on avoiding employment disputes and managing risk, while also being recognised for his expertise in securing optimal termination packages for senior executives.

Mel has been Head of Employment Law at Morr & Co since 2019, following the merger with Wheelers Solicitors where he was a partner since 1996.

He is an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association, contributing to the development of employment law practice in the region.
