She combines extensive corporate expertise with deep sector knowledge, advising both private individuals and dental corporates on complex practice transitions and regulatory matters.

Having qualified with Morr & Co in 2003, Louise has developed comprehensive expertise across all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with particular focus on the healthcare sector.

She provides practical, commercially-focused advice on practice acquisitions, NHS contract transfers, and corporate restructuring. Her deep understanding of GDS/PDS contracts and dental regulatory requirements allows her to deliver solutions that address both legal and sector-specific challenges.

As an active member of the National Association of Specialist Dental Accountants and Lawyers (NASDAL), Louise regularly shares her expertise through published articles in dental press magazines and contributes to the firm’s healthcare sector knowledge base.
