Lilian is a Residential Property Paralegal specialising in post exchange and post completion matters. Split between our Wimbledon and Redhill offices, she supports clients through a wide range of residential property transactions, including lease extensions and the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties. Before joining the firm, she gained experience working as a Deputy Team Leader, Crown Court Clerk and Legal Administrator. This background enables her to navigate the procedural and regulatory aspects of property work with confidence and efficiency.
