Laura leads the Guildford residential property team, and having qualified in 2017, she has built extensive experience across all aspects of residential property, including freehold and leasehold transactions, transfers of equity and remortgages.

Her deep connections within the local property market, combined with her technical expertise, enable her to navigate complex transactions efficiently while maintaining clear communication throughout.

Laura takes pride in building strong relationships with all parties involved in property transactions. Her ability to work closely with local agents and firms, coupled with her personable approach, helps ensure smooth progression of sales and purchases while addressing any technical challenges promptly.

Prior to joining Morr & Co, Laura spent nine years with established firms in Godalming and Guildford, building valuable relationships throughout the local property sector.
