Kellie is a highly experienced Dispute Resolution Partner who specialises in contentious probate matters and complex business disputes.

Kellie is Head of Dispute Resolution at Morr & Co. Having worked in commercial litigation since 2004, Kellie brings over 20 years of expertise to complex disputes, with a focus on shareholder and director conflicts, partnership disputes and contentious probate matters.

She has particular expertise in contentious probate matters and has recently led her team to win the Best Contentious Probate Provider at the 2024 Probate Industry Awards.

She combines detailed technical knowledge with a straightforward, practical approach, helping clients achieve swift resolutions while preserving important business and family relationships wherever possible.

Qualifications & Memberships

Kellie is an Associate of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitors (ACTAPS) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

She is also a member of the Charity Law Association and the Institute of Legacy Management, reflecting her commitment to excellence in her specialist areas.
