Kainar works alongside senior family law lawyers on complex matrimonial matters, including financial remedies and children proceedings.

She is a family law paralegal, where her broad legal experience across multiple practice areas enables her to provide comprehensive support on cases involving overlapping legal issues.

Kainar started her career as an apprentice in 2018 and has developed significant experience in family law whilst completing her LLB in Legal Practice from City, University of London.

She works closely with Partner, Mandy Spring, on high-net-worth cases and complex financial matters involving complex business assets and international property portfolios

During her training, Kainar gained valuable experience in private client, residential conveyancing, employment law and commercial property, giving her a well-rounded perspective that proves particularly valuable when handling family matters with multiple legal considerations.

Her experience includes assisting with children proceedings requiring detailed case management and court bundle preparation, as well as working on injunction proceedings that demand swift action and careful handling of sensitive matters.

She has considerable experience in supporting the preparation of financial disclosure documents and Form E completion for complex matrimonial finances cases.

Kainar is currently working towards qualifying as a Solicitor via the SQE route. She speaks fluent Hindi and Urdu.
