Gaia is an experienced residential property lawyer based in our Redhill office. She guides clients through all aspects of residential conveyancing, and she has a particular interest in rural and listed properties. This, along with her expertise in Attorney and Deputy sales, allows her to handle some of the more unusual and complex aspects of property transactions.

Having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2020 and cross-qualifying as a solicitor in 2021, Gaia brings comprehensive experience to every property transaction.

She combines detailed technical knowledge with a practical approach to help clients navigate sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
