Emma is a dedicated private client solicitor who specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and probate matters.

Based in our Fleet office, she brings focused expertise in helping clients plan for their future and supporting families through the probate process.

Having trained with Morr & Co, Emma has developed particular experience across both private client matters and contested trust and probate cases.

This dual perspective enables her to anticipate and address potential challenges when preparing estate planning documents, helping clients make informed decisions that protect their interests and those of their loved ones.
