Chloe is a residential property Paralegal based in our Wimbledon office, specialising in post exchange and post completion matters. She guides clients through the final steps of their sales and purchases, coordinating lender liaison and Land Registry requirements to ensure a smooth and efficient completion. Before joining Morr & Co, Chloe supported high net worth and international clients, with particular insight into cross border matters. Recognised for her initiative, calm manner, ability to learn quickly and multilingualism in Greek, English and Spanish, she works effectively with a diverse client base.
