Charlotte is a Solicitor with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, along with general commercial law and company governance. Working in our Corporate & Commercial team, Charlotte advises on a range of transactional matters, including share and asset sales and lending for corporate acquisitions and refinances. Based in our Redhill office, Charlotte completed her training at Morr & Co, gaining experience across multiple practice areas, with a particular emphasis on Commercial Property. She also works closely with Partner Louise Fegan, who specialises in dental practice acquisitions and disposals. Charlotte has hands-on experience supporting transactions in the dental sector, including conducting due diligence, drafting sale documentation and liaising with buyers, sellers and agents. This has given her a strong foundation in dealing with both private and NHS contracts and a clear understanding of the nuances involved in healthcare-related deals.
