Alice specialises in Court of Protection matters, with particular expertise in managing and protecting the financial affairs of vulnerable individuals. She works closely with deputies and attorneys, providing practical guidance on complex property and finance matters. Working within our Court of Protection team, Alice brings extensive experience in property and finance matters, including deputyship applications, security bond matters, and applications relating to property transactions. She has developed particular expertise in safeguarding vulnerable clients’ interests and advising on care fee funding arrangements. Working alongside Holly Chantler, the department head, Alice assists in managing protected parties’ affairs where professional deputyship is required. Qualifications & Memberships Alice is an accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and the Professional Deputies Forum.
