SignLive is a free online service that will connect you to a qualified online BSL interpreter. The interpreter will relay the conversation between you and a member of our team. It can also be used for face-to-face conversations at any of our offices.
This service is available during our regular office opening hours, which are typically Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Any support outside of these hours can be requested in advance and is subject to the availability of individual team members.Alternatively, you can speak to an interpreter who can take a message which will be passed on our team.
To use the SignLive service, you can either download the SignLive app on your phone or tablet from the app store on your device. Or, you can use SignLive on your computer via a web browser by visiting www.signlive.co.uk/login
