Woodrow regularly advises on disputes concerning the validity of Wills, the rectification of defective Wills, the reconstruction of lost Wills, the administration of estates, the removal of executors/trustees, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and claims concerning the co-ownership of property. He also has a keen interest in claims concerning the detailed assessment of legal cost, both within the context of contentious trusts and probate and litigation, generally. Having qualified in 2022, Woodrow has quickly established himself in contentious trusts and probate work, taking a commercially focused approach, helping clients navigate challenging situations with clear, pragmatic advice.
