Jon is a partner at Morr & Co and he heads up the firm’s Property department. He specialises in high-value residential property transactions, acting for private individuals, companies, and lenders on complex sales, purchases, and secured lending matters, with particular expertise in prime London properties and rural estates.

With over two decades of experience, including significant time in London’s West End and City firms, Jonathan handles the full spectrum of residential property matters. He combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, particularly in high-value transactions, statutory lease extensions, and leasehold enfranchisement.
