Amber is an employment law solicitor who advises on all aspects of employment law and workplace issues which affect both businesses and individuals.

Amber has experience working closely with individuals to review and negotiate settlement agreements, navigating workplace issues and advising on contract terms. Amber also advises businesses who deal with employee issues such as undertaking redundancy exercises/ employee exits. She also has experience in providing support to employers in defending employment Tribunal Claims and drafting template contracts and policies.

Prior to qualifying, Amber undertook her training with the firm, completing seats in our Employment, Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams. Amber combines her legal expertise with a practical commercial insight gained throughout her experience across multiple practice areas to advise her clients in an approachable way.

Amber’s previous experience provides her with a valuable understanding of employment law matters in M&A sale / purchase matters. She provides employment support to our Corporate team to assist in managing the due diligence process, negotiating service agreements/ warranties and advising on the TUPE regulations where relevant.

Amber is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
