It may be that your current employer has offered you a revised contract of employment or that you are starting a new job and want to ensure that the contract reflects your understanding of your employment terms.

Employment contracts are becoming more and more onerous to employees and it may only be upon termination that you feel the contractual terms are unfair or do not reflect your understanding of the agreement with your employer. At that point it is likely to be too late.
