You will work directly with clients while receiving dedicated support from experienced practitioners who are invested in your growth.

Application process

Our application process is thorough but transparent, designed to help us both understand if we’re the right fit for each other.

Stage One

Initial Application

Submit your CV, cover letter and completed application form to hr@morrlaw.com

Stage Two

Assessment Stage

  1. Verbal reasoning and written accuracy tests
  2. Group networking session at one of our offices
  3. Presentation task

Stage Three

Final Interview

  • Face-to-face interview
  • Psychometric assessment

We aim to respond to all candidates within 2-3 weeks of their final interview, providing constructive feedback regardless of the outcome.

What we look for

While we typically expect a 2:1 degree or above, we recognise that great solicitors need more than just academic achievements.
