We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, 6 years + PQE with the ability to work closely with the Department Head, running their own case load and progressing cases run jointly with partners. The ideal candidate will be able to advise and support clients on all Commercial Property matters including Landlord and Tenant, Acquisitions and Sales, Secured Lending, Corporate Support and to be involved in business development. Experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience of working in a Commercial Property Department High level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills Conscientious, hard working, with developed critical thinking abilities and excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills Proven ability to target and win new commercial property business Additional responsibilities: A focus on Excellence, particularly regarding Client Care Supervising junior staff Ability to manage client expectations and relationships Conscientious, hardworking, with developed critical thinking abilities and excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills Ability to work to strict deadlines, targets and client protocols while maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality Proficient file management A proven team player with the ability to work as part of a team Proven commitment to winning new client business through referral and business development activities Experience and gravitas to impress and reassure key clients There is a clear career progression path for an ambitious and capable applicant.
