Deputy Head of Private Client
Jane joined Morrisons in 2001, having previously worked as a Private Client Solicitor for firms in London and Surrey.
She became Deputy Head of the Private Client Department, with responsibility for management, in 2003.
Jane specialises in estate administration, Inheritance Tax, Powers of Attorney and declarations of trust of property, and she is particularly experienced in dealing with the needs of elderly clients.
Over the years, Jane has dealt with the administration of a large number of complex estates, including those where the family is in dispute; and she aims, if possible, to settle matters without resorting to litigation. Jane has written articles for the firm’s e-newsletter and Retirement Living Magazine.
Jane is married with three grown up sons and has served as a school governor for almost twenty years. She is currently a governor of Reigate Grammar School. Her interests include ballet, opera and theatre.
