On Tuesday 28th June 2016 we held our Morrisons Solicitors’ Annual Charity Golf Day, which saw 40 guests join us for a day out on the course at the Surrey Downs Golf Club in Kingswood.
After the recent cloudy skies and occasional thunderstorms, we prayed for a sunny and dry afternoon and, fortunately for us, that is exactly what we got!
After a quick breakfast, our guests headed out onto the course in the sunshine. Each team were allowed to purchase mulligans so they could replay an “unlucky” shot, with all proceeds going to charity – and by the sounds of it they definitely came in handy for some!
When it was all said and done, everyone arrived back at the club house for an evening of drinks, networking and a two course meal while we all awaited eagerly to find out which team topped the leader board.
Congratulations to the following teams and individuals who managed to go home with a variety of prizes including golf polo shirts, golf balls, prosecco, chocolates a Morrisons goody bag.

Our chosen charity this year was Relate Mid Surrey who are a fantastic charity whose centres carry out relationship counselling, family counselling, and young people’s counselling in Reigate, Epsom, Leatherhead and Oxted. We are proud to say that we were able to raise £650 for Relate Mid-Surrey.
