Diane is a Senior Chartered Legal Executive in the family team located at our Redhill office. She is a very experienced family practitioner with a background in both family law and related civil litigation. She has been in local practice for over 20 years during which she has built up a good working relationship and reputation with other practitioners, the courts and local services which have been invaluable in advising clients and helping them to reach an effective and amicable resolution to their matters.
Diane joined the family team at Morrisons in October 2007 and deals with all aspects of family law including divorce, finances on marriage and relationship breakdown, civil partnership issues, cohabitation and separation agreements, trusts of land claims and all aspects of private law children work.
Diane is a member of Resolution and a Resolution Accredited Specialist. Morrisons are closely and actively involved in all aspects of the local community and support local charities such as Relate and Surrey Air Ambulance and other well known medical charities as well as local business and commercial enterprises and are committed to providing the best possible and most accessible and friendly service to their clients whether they are individuals or businesses.
Diane has been involved in any number of both complex and more straight forward cases relating to all aspects of family law and although her clients are from a variety of backgrounds they all have individual needs specific to them which require an empathetic approach and support through what is often the most difficult time in their lives with a view to finding a solution and satisfactory conclusion to their family matters.
Diane loves exploring new places particularly in the UK and France. She also regularly enjoys trips to the theatre and is an avid book reader.
