Online payments

Please choose one of the following options in order to make an online payment using our secure payment page. Should you experience any problems using this facility, please contact our Accounts Department for assistance during normal working hours on 01737 854500.

Payments can only be accepted in GBP - Sterling.

           

Pay a Bill (£5000 Maximum)

If you have received a bill from us you can pay it through this facility. In order to continue you will need your 6 figure bill number which can be found on the top left hand corner of your bill.

Send Money on Account (£5000 Maximum)

You should only use this option if your Morrisons Solicitors Legal Adviser has asked you to send us “Money on Account”. This is money on account of our costs or money which your solicitor has to pay to third parties to help prepare your case. For example, court fees, fees for medical or other expert reports. In order to continue to use this facility you will need to have your Client and Matter number or the name of your Morrisons Solicitors LLP Legal Advisor.

Client care

Providing an excellent service to our clients is one of the foundations of our business. 

We take client care and client feedback very seriously. We provide clients with at least two opportunities to feed back to us on our service, once at the end of each matter and also in the spring of each year when we conduct our annual client satisfaction survey.

We also have a dedicated Client Care and Compliance Partner, Malcolm Martin, who is on hand to help clients resolve any issues they have regarding the service or advice they have received.
